Overview
The Vermont Center for Anxiety Care is a private practice offering specialized therapy for anxiety and numerous other conditions. Our staff includes specialists in depression, relationship problems and stress.
Philosophy

While medication can be helpful in the short run for some people, we believe that drugs are not usually necessary as a long-term solution. We use a cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) approach in most cases.
