Vermont Center for Anxiety Care

Overview

The Vermont Center for Anxiety Care is a private practice offering skilled therapy for anxiety and numerous other conditions as outlined below. We generally work individually but also offer group, couples and family therapy when appropriate. We have specialists in child, adolescent and adult counseling.

Philosophy

As our practice name suggests, our highest value is caring and compassion. We care about our clients and take the time to understand the unique experience and needs of each person. We know that one size does not fit all, so we make every effort to match clients with therapists whose training and experience have the best chance for successful outcomes. Our staff are skilled in many approaches to help and healing, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, family therapy, trauma-informed therapy, skills-based therapy, graduated exposure therapy, couples therapy, play therapy with children, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, somatic healing, group therapy, family therapy, solution-focused therapy and more. We delight in making a difference and supporting you to resolve the problems that interfere with happiness and fulfilling your potential. Our work is our calling and we are here for you.
